Finishing of the Houses

General (Living rooms, Bedrooms, Hallways)

  • Floors: Porcelanosa floor tiles (model: Ceylan Marfil Rectificado, 59.6×59.6cm).
  • Walls: Finished with double plasterboard and plastic paint. In wet areas, water-resistant panels are used and anti-mold paint used.
  • Skirting boards: Wooden skirting boards, white painted, 9 cm high.
  • Switching material: Brand JUNG, model LS990 in white.

Kitchen

  • Furnishings: The kitchens are delivered furnished, including high-quality equipment.
  • Worksheet: A 2cm thick Silestone worktop in white. This material is also used for wall finishing in the wet area (behind the counter).
